TRINITY - THE ART CONNECTION

Artists, architects & students reveal how the campus became a living gallery
All welcome - join us at lunchtime this Wednesday for informal bite-sized stories celebrating 50 years of visual arts initiatives at Trinity and add your story to the mix
Special guests include: Prof. Anne Crookshank (first Head of the History of Art Department from 1966 and key figure in the development of the modern art collection), Paul Koralek CBE RA RIBA (architect of the Berkeley Library, Arts Building & Douglas Hyde Gallery), Richard Gorman RHA (artist & graduate), Richard Wood and George Wynne Willson (former College Gallery student volunteers involved in initiatives such as the Picasso exhibition during the1960s), Valerie Mulvin (architect of the Long Room Hub and the Dental Hospital extension), and recent College Gallery Student Committee volunteers.
Chaired by Catherine Giltrap, Curator of the College Art Collections.
