The AAI are happy to announce the 2018/2019 committee.
The newly elected AAI President is Michael K. Hayes. Michael is an architect and editor. He has previously undertaken the roles of AAI Vice-President, Publications Officer, and Editor of Irish Architecture. Michael is the editor of 2ha, Building Material, and the online editor of Architecture Ireland. He was the curator for Open House Dublin 2015 – This Place We Call Home.
As a voluntary organisation, the AAI is dependant on the time and effort given by all, and thanks is due to both the continued dedication of returning committee members and to the new faces who have recently joined and are much welcomed. (See below)
In particular, many thanks are owed to the outgoing AAI President Deirdre Spring for her impressive and committed work in ensuring the organisation enjoyed a successful 2017/2018 programme of lectures, awards, exhibitions, and publications.
