The AAI is delighted to announce the selected projects from the 2025 AAI Awards.
Following a long but enjoyable day of debate and discussion amongst the many varied entries, the jury of the 2025 AAI Awards were pleased to recognise thirteen projects, with seven Awards including the Downes Medal, and six Special Mentions awarded.
The jury confessed to finding the selection process a real challenge due to the high quality and standard of the entries.

Downes Medal
The Downes Medal is the AAI’s highest honour. It is awarded at the disretion of the jury and does not have to be awarded every year. We are pleased to announce that this year it is awarded to:
