This new house is situated at the end of a 1970’s estate overlooking the Prom in Salthill, Galway. It replaces a 1970’s stock plan house and its layout and form are all about enjoying the favourable orientation and views of Galway Bay. On the ground floor, a series of broken plan living spaces connect and frame the views. First floor spaces enjoy the underside of the up and down pitched roof and are laid out off a top lit hallway.
