The project is the construction of a small, new hotel building within Ranelagh, comprising of five floors.
A reception area and lobby bar is located at street level with a curved glazed facade wrapping around the corner.
Bedrooms are contained within the mid floors, while a glazed restaurant with terraces is positioned at roof level.
A full basement below street level, features a large screening room.
The exterior of the building is clad in large white limestone panels with glazed sections, enlivened by setbacks for steel planters.
Note: All attendees are required to wear full Personal Protective Equipment (site boots, helmet and hi-vis vest). No persons under 18 years of age will be admitted on site.
