This “over-the-shop” project consists of the total renovation & extension of a three-storey Edwardian building dating to 1906.
The existing building will be transformed into a new restaurant unit at ground floor, with two generous apartments overhead designed for long-term living.
The first floor has been extended & re-configured to accommodate a two-bedroom apartment designed around an open courtyard. A carefully crafted extension at first floor accommodates a large rooftop terrace serving a one-bedroom apartment at second floor.
