AAI Announces – 2024 AAI Awards Winners

The AAI is delighted to announce the selected projects from the 2024 AAI Awards.

Following a long but enjoyable day of debate and discussion amongst the many varied entries, the jury of the 2024 AAI Awards were pleased to recognise eleven projects, with six Awards, and five Special Mentions awarded.
The jury confessed to finding the selection process a real challenge due to the high quality and standard of the entries.

The six Awards were given to:

Model Housing: Urban Horticulture –  Donaghy + Dimond Architects
Fenian Street | Denzille Lane – Two streets, two doors –  McCullough Mulvin Architects
High Street Balbriggan –  Robert Bourke Architects

Special Mentions
While the following five projects received Special Mentions:

Adjudication + Jury

The adjudication occurred in City Assembly House yesterday Thursday, April 25th 2024. Many thanks to our generous hosts, The Irish Georgian Society.

We also want to thank the jury for their generous commitment to this process and their insightful commentary and debate. We hope that it will make for an interesting read.
