The Alt Hotel is a new proposed 137 bedroom luxury hotel in the heart of Dublin. The hotel makes the most of its tight urban site offering compact rooms amongst a signature external stepped terrace and a double height arrival space that provides a unique entrance for the hotel, adding to the public realm and increasing visibility along St Andrew’s Lane. The project is set to be complete in 2020 and is designed to be one of the first hotels in the city to comply with the Near Zero Energy Building standards, having air source heat pumps that provide heating and cooling to all of its buildings.
